Limo Terms of Service

Welcome to Limo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Limo iOS application and related services ("Limo" or the "Service"), provided by Atiko Labs ("Atiko Labs", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading or using Limo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may also present additional guidelines, rules, or terms for specific features (for example, promotional campaigns or new functionality); those additional terms become part of these Terms, and by using that feature you agree to them as well.

Please read these Terms carefully. They include important information about your responsibilities when using Limo, our limitations of liability, your rights regarding content, and other key topics. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at any time.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

Minimum Age

Limo is not for use by anyone under the age of 16. By creating an account or using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 16 years old. If you are 16 or older but still a minor in your jurisdiction (for example, under 18 in many countries), you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use Limo, and they must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age or parental consent if necessary. If we discover that a user under 16 is using the Service, we will terminate the account.

Account Registration

To use certain features of Limo (such as generating images beyond a trial), you need to create an account. You can register by providing an email and password, or by using third-party login options like Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated (e.g., if your email address changes).

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for restricting access to your device. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, you must notify us immediately. We encourage you to use a strong password and to log out when finished, especially if using a shared device. Atiko Labs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

Third-Party Accounts

If you register or log in through Google or Apple, you are also subject to those providers' terms and conditions. You must ensure that you comply with any requirements of your Google/Apple account (for instance, App Store terms if applicable). We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of third-party authentication.

Account Ownership

Your account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, or share your account credentials with another person or impersonate someone else. You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you have no intention to create an account for anyone other than yourself. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use false information or that appear to be used by multiple people or for fraudulent purposes.

2. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

By using Limo, you agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not misuse Limo or help anyone else to do so. Specifically, you agree that you will NOT:

• Illegal Purposes: Use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in your jurisdiction when using Limo.
• Prohibited Content: Upload, create, generate, or share any content via Limo that is illegal, objectionable, or infringes on others' rights. This includes (but is not limited to) content that is:
  • Pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit.
  • Unlawful, hateful, or discriminatory – for example, content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or harm against any group or individual.
  • Violent or graphic content that incites harm or is overly gory.
  • Defamatory or harassing – content that defames, stalks, harasses, bullies, or threatens others.
  • Invasive of someone's privacy or personal data – for instance, uploading images of people without their consent, especially in private settings.
  • Infringing on any intellectual property or proprietary rights of others, including copyright, trademark, or trade secret. Do not upload images of artwork, logos, or products that you do not have the right to use.
  • Encouraging or depicting dangerous or illegal activities (e.g., criminal behavior, drug use).
• Impersonation and Fraud: You will not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone. You will not engage in fraud or attempted fraud.
• Security Interference: Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Service or any related system or network. You must not hack, decrypt, decompile, or reverse engineer any aspect of Limo.
• Unauthorized Access: Access or attempt to access any account or data that is not yours.
• Spam and Abuse: You agree not to use Limo to spam others or for any abusive purposes.
• Interference with Others: Do not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the access, enjoyment, or use of the Service by others.

3. User Content and Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Your Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of all content that you upload to Limo, including the photos of products or fashion items you provide, as well as the AI-generated images that are produced for you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your uploaded designs, images, or other content. They remain yours.

License to Us: In order to operate the Service, you grant Atiko Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, reproduce, modify, adapt, transmit, display, and create derivative works from your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Limo service.

3.2 Generated Content

One of Limo's core features is generating stylized images of fashion items using AI. To the extent possible under applicable law, the rights to the AI-generated images are granted to you as the user. We want you to be able to use the images you create through Limo freely – for example, you can download them, post them on social media, use them in your store or lookbook, etc.

3.3 Our Intellectual Property

Apart from your content, all other materials and content in Limo are owned by Atiko Labs or our licensors. This includes the software, code, design, the AI models and algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks associated with Limo. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our IP.

4. Purchases, Credits, and Payment Terms

Limo may offer both free and paid features. Some advanced features (such as generating a large number of images or using high-resolution outputs) might require you to purchase credits or subscribe to a premium membership plan.

No Refund Policy: All purchases of credits and subscription fees are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for any unused credits, partial subscription periods, or unwatched content, except where required by law.

5. Termination and Suspension of Account

By You: You have the right to stop using Limo at any time. You may delete the app from your device and, if you wish to permanently close your account, you can contact us to request account deletion.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Limo, at our discretion, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atiko Labs, its parent company, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to: (a) your use or misuse of Limo, (b) your Content that you upload or create, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any law or regulation.

7. Disclaimers of Warranties

Limo is a cutting-edge service, but it has its limitations and is provided as-is. Atiko Labs provides the Service "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Atiko Labs or its affiliates, or their respective officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to use) Limo.

9. Miscellaneous Provisions

Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms in the app or through other communications.
