Limo Privacy Policy

Introduction

Atiko Labs ("Atiko Labs", "we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our Limo iOS app ("Limo" or the "app") collects, uses, and shares your personal information. By using Limo, you agree to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Limo is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

1. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information to provide and improve our services:

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and password. If you choose to sign up or log in via Google or Apple authentication, we receive information such as your name and email from those providers.
• User Content (Images): We collect and store images and other content you upload to Limo. We also store the AI-generated images that we create for you using those uploads.
• Usage Data and Device Information: We automatically collect information about how you use the app and your device, including device type/model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and app activity.
• Payment Information: If you make purchases, we collect information related to the transaction through secure third-party payment processors.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing and Maintaining the Service: We use your information to operate Limo and provide its core features.
• AI Image Generation: Limo integrates with third-party AI services to generate stylized images. Your uploaded content is sent securely to these services.
• Storage and Access: We store your original images and generated images in our cloud storage so you can access them within the app.
• Improvement and Analytics: We use usage data to analyze how users interact with Limo and improve the app.
• Communication: We may use your email address to send you service-related communications.

3. How We Share Your Information

We only share your information in specific situations:

• Third-Party Service Providers: We rely on reputable third parties including Supabase (database and storage), Authentication Providers (Google & Apple), AI Processing (fal.ai / Gemini API), and Payment Processors.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law.
• Protection of Rights and Safety: We may share information if necessary to investigate illegal activities or violations of our Terms.
• Business Transfers: If Atiko Labs is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred.

We do not sell your personal information to any third parties.

4. Children's Privacy

Limo is not intended for children under 16 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 16, we will take prompt steps to delete that information.

5. Payments and Purchases

When you purchase credits or subscribe to a premium plan within Limo, the transaction is handled through secure third-party services. We do not store your payment card details on our own servers. We maintain records of your purchases to manage your account and provide the service.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable laws, you have certain rights regarding your information:

• Access and Portability: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You have the right to correct or update inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion: You have the right to request that we delete your personal data.
• Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
• California Residents: You have specific privacy rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

7. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement reasonable and industry-standard security measures, including encryption and access controls. We choose reputable third-party providers that have their own strong security practices.

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it. We keep your account data and user content as long as you have an active account. If you delete your account, we will remove or anonymize this data from our production systems.

10. Photos and Face Data

Limo allows users to upload photos for editing. These images may include faces or other identifiable features. We do not perform any facial recognition, detection, or identification. Uploaded images are used solely to generate edited or enhanced photos as requested by the user.

• All processing is performed via secure third-party AI services (FAL) and stored temporarily in our Supabase storage system.
• No biometric or facial mapping data is collected or retained.
• Images are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing completion.
• Images are never shared, sold, or used for advertising or analytics.

12. No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) Prompt

Limo does not track your activity across other companies' apps or websites and does not access the device advertising identifier (IDFA). Consequently, we do not display Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission dialog.

13. Account & Data Deletion (In-App)

You can delete your account at any time directly within the app:

1. Open Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app.
2. Confirm with your password/biometric.

We immediately revoke access tokens; within 24 hours all personal data and images are removed from production databases and storage. Encrypted backups purge after 30 days. Deletion requests can also be sent to info@atikolabs.com, but the in-app method is fastest.

14. Privacy Manifest Compliance

All third-party SDKs bundled with Limo include an Apple PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest that matches the data types declared above, or we provide an umbrella manifest on their behalf.

15. International Data Transfers

Atiko Labs is based in Turkey. The services we use might store or process data on servers located in other countries. This means your personal information may be transferred to and stored in a country different from your home country. We will ensure such transfers are done in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using Limo, you understand that your data may be transferred to our servers and third-party partners in other jurisdictions.

16. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. For significant changes, we might provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of Limo after any update constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
